Abstract:
To provide a lens sheet cutting method which enables the restraint of breakage of microlenses, generation of fluff, etc.
The lens sheet cutting method for cutting a lens sheet 1 having a microlens part 4 laid on one side surface of a substrate sheet into a desired shape comprises steps of: disposing the lens sheet in a cutting device 10 provided with a cutter so that its surface on the side with the laid microlens part faces the cutter 18 to move relatively vertically; moving relatively the cutter toward the lens sheet to bring it in contact with the cutter from the surface with the laid microlens part of the lens sheet, and cutting the lens sheet with the cutter into a desired shape.
