Title:
LENS SHIFT MECHANISM AND PROJECTION TYPE VIDEO DISPLAY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3963879
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens shift mechanism capable of avoiding the lowering of projected light quantity by restricting the shift range of a projection lens, and a projection type video display device.
SOLUTION: If the projection lens is tried to be moved in a right-and-left direction in a state where it is positioned near to a top or bottom side, it can be moved in the right-and-left direction to some extent, but the moving regulation projecting part 54 of a perpendicular movable base 5 comes into contact with the inclined side part 1c at the angle of 45° of a fixed base 1, so that the movement of the projection lens in the left or the right direction and that in the top or the bottom direction being the restricted directions are restricted after the contact. Even when a dial 24 and a dial 34 are rotated in the restricted direction under the restriction of the movement, they are slipped, and unnatural force is avoided from being exerted on a driving mechanism part.
