Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens specifying device capable of easily and rapidly obtaining lens information.
SOLUTION: The device is provided with a lens meter 60 for measuring and obtaining the distribution of lens refractive characteristics of a lens to be inspected, information recording/reproducing device 54 with many pieces of lens information recorded, and an arithmetic and control circuit 51a for comparing the distribution of the lens refractive characteristics of the inspected lens measured by the lens meter 60 with many pieces of lens information recorded by the information recording/reproducing device 54, and obtaining which piece of lens information is suitable for the measured and inspected lens.
