PURPOSE: To provide a lenticular plate which has small spherical aberration and a chromatic aberration (i.e., a light condensing position is constant), and sharp light ray converging state and a method for manufacturing the same.

CONSTITUTION: A lenticular plate comprises a multilayer structure having a part which forms aligned cylindrical surfaces and functions as a convex lens 14, and a part which so forms aligned cylindrical surfaces and functions as a concave lens 12 as to correspond to the lens 14, wherein the resins for forming both the parts are materials having different refractive indexes.
