Abstract:

To provide a new means for treating a disease caused by leptospira.

Four antigen pharmaceutical preparations are provided each of which contains different proteins derived from leptospira, and can be immunologically used as a vaccine for a disease caused by leptospira. Polynucleotides encoding the four proteins and antibodies binding the proteins are also provided for diagnosing the disease caused by leptospira.
