To provide a letting off jig for a pail pack take up wire capable of smoothly letting off a wire, preventing intrusion of a foreign matter from a pail pack upper part in use, identifying an inside remaining quantity and continuously using the pail pack take up wire with pulling out/connecting of a terminal.

A jig is provided with a disk made of transparent plastic resin, a rotary shaft to support the disk and a bearing to rotate the disk in left/right, the disk is constituted to have a clearance of 10-50 mm from a pail pack, a guide groove having a width of 5-20 times of a wire diameter is arranged in the disk.
