Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform the level control with good response, by the control of subadjusting valve rich in quickness and provided in parallel with the main adjusting valve, in the unit requiring strict control. CONSTITUTION:When the liquid level in the vessel 11 is increased, this liquid level change is detected with the level oscillator 17 and the increment from the set liquid level is obtained as the deviation signal from the subtractor 18. This deviation signal is fed to the regulators 19, 20. When the regulator 20 receives the deviation signal, it immediately increase the opening of the subadjusting valve 16, increasing the flow from the pipe 14. On the other hand, the regulator 19 outputs the original control signal zeroing the liquid level change in the vessel 11 and feeds it to the adder 26. Further, the change in the opening of the valve 16 is detected at the opening detector 21 and fed to the subtractor 23 via the opening transmitter 22. The increment of the opening of the valve 16 is fed to the regulator 24 as the deviation signal by this subtractor 23. The regulator 24 performs operation to compensate the increment of opening of the valve 16 with the main adjusting valve 15 and feeds it to the adder 26. The adder 26 zeroes the liquid level change and gives the control signal returning the openig of the valve 16 to the valve 15.
