Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improvements in the wear resistance of a pivotal mechanism and to prevent the increase of rotatory resistance from occurring.
SOLUTION: This lever arm 1 for an auto tensioner is equipped with a pivotal mechanism 10 which is turned to a rotational center when being rotated by the auto tensioner, and this pivotal mechanism 10 is constituted so as to comprise a shaft hole 12 installed in a lever arm body 11, two bushes 13 and 13 pressitted in this shaft hole 12, and a collar 15 being rotatably inserted into these bushes 13 and 13 and pierced through with a bolt 14 in the inner circumference, respectively. In this case, an O-ring 18 is interposed between both ends 21 between an inner circumferential wall of the shaft hole 12 and end of an outer circumferential wall of the collar 15.
