Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of this mechanism by lessening components, and to enable a stick lever to be reset automatically.
SOLUTION: A rotation operating part 8 with a lever 9 to be rotated around neutral position N is fixed on the rotation axis 6 of a rheostat mounted on a cabinet 3. Two protrusions 13A and 13B are on the straight line on the side surface of the rotation operating part 8, putting the rotation axis 6 therebetween. In reset spring 10, a fixed base 10c is passed through a guide groove 16, and an engaged hole is engaged with an engaging pin 17 of the guide groove 16 to be fixed. When the lever 9 is not operated, the reset spring 10 keeps the rotation operating part 8 at the neutral position N touching the two protrusions 13A and 13B. When the lever 9 is operated to rotate the rotation operating part 8, an arm part 10b is pushed down by the protrusion 13A or 13B to be elasticity deformed. If the lever 9 is released in this state, the lever 9 is automatically reset to the neutral position N by the elastic force of the reset spring 10.
