Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for removing a lever fulcrum pin, capable of removing a lever fulcrum pin from a lever and a support member without work of pulling the lever fulcrum pin while holding it by hand.SOLUTION: The present invention is for a jig for removing a lever fulcrum pin to be used to remove lever fulcrum pins 5a and 5b that rotatably couple levers 3a and 3b provided in a brake to a support member 4, and that includes a pin body 5a1 or the like, and a flange 5a2 or the like provided at one end of the pin body 5a1 or the like. The jig includes: an engaging body 10 that is engaged with the flange 5a2 or the like of each of the lever fulcrum pins 5a and 5b to be able to pull the flange 5a2 or the like; a frame body 11 that accommodates the engaging body 10 in a movable manner and has ends 11a1 and 11b1 that can be brought into contact with the support member 4; a screw bar 12 that is integrally provided at one end with the engaging body 10 and is to be inserted into an insertion hole 11c1 provided in the frame body 11; and a nut 14 that screws on the screw bar 12 so as to be rotated by using a spanner 20 and can be brought into contact with the frame body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
