Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever handle for a door that can be very simply attached in accordance with the thickness of the door without causing a wobble.
SOLUTION: When a square core member 6 is inserted into a through hole 14, the common knurling of the through hole 14 receives a frictional force from the side 6a or the like of the square core member 6 treated by common knurling, a moving block 10, therefore, slides on a tapered hole 11b against springs 15 and 17 and moves in the direction of an arrow in Fig. 5(B). A pinching force by the wedge action of an upper block 12 and a lower block 13 and an urging force of the springs 15 and 17 facilitating that are applied to the square core member 6 once inserted into the through hole 14, disenabling the extraction. When the square core member 6 is inserted into a recessed hole 7 through a punched hole 11a and the through hole 14, a square core receptacle 8 is inserted and fitted into the mounting seat of the door 2 and the mounting of a grip 3 is finished at the position that makes further insertion impossible.
