Abstract:
To provide a lever type optical displacement sensor that can accurately detect the amount of displacement of a measuring object while simplifying the detection.SOLUTION: A lever type optical displacement sensor 1 comprises: a probe 100; an arm 200 that extends from the probe 100 and rotates at a predetermined distance from the probe; a rotation shaft 300 that is connected with the arm 200 and is the axis of the rotating arm 200; diffraction means 2 that is attached to the opposite side of the arm 200 with respect to the rotation shaft 300, is provided perpendicular to the arm 200 and moves in synchronization with the rotation of the arm 200, and is arranged along an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the rotation shaft 300; a light source 3; light receiving means 4 that receives light from the light source 3; and calculation means 6 that calculates the amount of displacement of a measuring object based on the light. The calculation means 6 calculates the amount of displacement of the measuring object based on the light from the light source 3 that is received by the light receiving means 4 and varied by the diffraction means 2 that moves in synchronization with the rotation of the arm 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
