To provide a lever-type throttle operating apparatus downsizing the whole apparatus.
This lever-type throttle operating apparatus includes: a throttle lever 1 provided in the vicinity of a handgrip attached to the end of a handlebar and rotatively operated while gripping the handgrip; a case 2 fixed to the handlebar and also having a rotational shaft L rotatably supporting the throttle lever 1; a magnet 3 and an angle sensor 4 which are arranged in the case 2 and which detect the rotational operation angle of the throttle lever 1; and return springs (6, 7) arranged in the case 2 and normally urging the throttle lever 1 to an initial state. The lever-type throttle operating apparatus controls a vehicle engine based on the rotational operation angle of the throttle lever 1 detected by the angle sensor 4. The magnet 3 and return springs (6, 7) are installed to the rotational shaft L of the throttle lever 1.
