Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve printability by forming a resin film layer on at least one face of a lid material for a press-through-pack packaging material (hereinafter abbreviated as PTP) consisting of a propylene sheet contg. an inorg. powder.
SOLUTION: A number of recessed parts 3 are provided on a plastic sheet 1 and capsule tablets 4 are stored therein and a lid material 2 is sticked thereon. As this lid material 2, a resin film layer 6 is formed by laminating a resin film or applying a resin coating on one face of a polypropylene sheet 5 contg. an inorg. powder and providing a print layer 7 thereon and if necessary, applying an OP varnish 8 on the print layer 7 and sticking a plastic sheet 1 of the PTP main body on another face through a seal layer 9. Therefore, at least one face is smoothed by the resin film layer 6 of the lid material 2 and fine printing is possible and in a PTP container made of a transparent plastic sheet 1, a print inside the lid body 2 can be read.
