To provide a safe and simple lifeline-throwing appliance contrived in view of the fact that most of the existing lifeline-throwing guns used in life-saving activities are dangerous, and they are under legal regulations, so it is almost impossible for fire fighters or similar carriers to carry the appliance with them, or dispose it beforehand in a place where such a danger is expected.
The above problems are resolved by employing the following means. (1) The appliance is characterized by having a pressurized energy in a tank as a principal power source. In this appliance, a so-called PET-bottle is originally improved, whose safety as airframe is conventionally acknowledged. (2) Further, the appliance is characterized by using a launcher, which has a form to be carried by an operator himself in its main part and a cover almost enclosing the airframe.
