Abstract:
To make a door open and close in a smooth manner by reducing loads when the door is opened to improve the operability, making the door operate as slowly as possible when the door closes automatically to improve the safety, and improving the load bearing ability of a roller to enhance the durability.SOLUTION: A lift hinge device includes one member 1 attached to a door frame F; another member 2 attached to a door D; a shaft 10 provided in the member 1; a bearing part 20 that is provided in the member 2, and that is pivotally supported by the shaft 10 so as to be movable in the direction of a center axis P of the shaft 10 and rotatable about the center axis P; a roller 50 on the member 1 side which is provided on a circle whose center is the center axis P; and a cam 70 on the member 2 side which raises and moves the door D when the door D is opened because the roller 50 rotates. A support shaft 53 with an axis Q perpendicular to the shaft 10 is provided on the shaft 10 in a protruding manner. The roller 50 is formed in a wheel shape and rotatably supported by the support shaft 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
