Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable miniaturization by simplifying a structure and reducing the number of parts.
SOLUTION: The respective lower ends of a guide post 2 and a cylinder 6 respectively extending in an up-and-down direction are integrally provided on a base 1. The cylinder 6 is positioned in the large diameter annular guide post 2 and the space between both of them 2, 6 is set to a reservoir chamber 9. A support jig attaching member 14 is held to the guide post 2 in a freely slidable manner and the upper end part of the piston rod 12 extending into the cylinder 6 is fixed to the support jig attaching member 14. By supplying the operation fluid in the reservoir chamber 9 to a pressure chamber 13 in the cylinder 6 by pump action, the support jig attaching member 14 is raised. By releasing the operation fluid in the pressure chamber 3 to the reservior chamber 9, the support jig attaching member 14 is allowed to fall.
