Pipes 13, 14 for joining the double-acting single rod cylinder 6 to a fluid pressure output circuit are loosened so that the double-acting rod cylinder 6 can be pulled out to the ground surface GL side while the connection of the connection body 15 and the bottom part 2A of the outer cylindrical body 2 is released by operating operation parts 18, 18.
