PURPOSE: To provide a lifting carriage, capable of doing the alignment of a round long work easily in a place where a crane is hard to enters.
CONSTITUTION: Two connecting rods 21 and 21 are hung down from both brackets 5a and 5a of a ramp via springs 22 and 22, and a rocker frame 7 is suspended by these connecting rods 21. Then two free rolls 8 and 8 are additionally installed in this rocker frame 7. A circular long work W is rotated as in an arrow (1), and further these connecting rods 21 are inclined as in an arrow (3), whereby this circular. long work W is shifted right and left as in an arrow (2), and thus fine centering is carried out. With this, after the rough centering, this long work W is finely shiftable in all directions owing to each action of the springs and the connecting rods, so that the fine centering can be done easily.
