PURPOSE: To provide the lifting device of a material storage unit by arranging plural number of left/right storage shelve formed in plural stages so as to be capable of taking out materials from these left/right storage shelves by means of a single lifter arm, of dispensing with transfer operation, of taking out such materials as loaded on plural number of rows, and of reducing a space between the left storage shelf and the right storage shelf.

CONSTITUTION: The lifting device of a material storage device is characterized in such constitution that plural number of multistoried shelves provided with plural number of left/right storage shelves to store materials are arranged on both sides of erected struts at an appropriate interval, and a vertically freely movable lifter beam 35 is arranged in a space formed between the left storage shelf and the right storage shelf, and a lifter frame 61 is arranged on this lifter beam 35, and a freely rotatable lifter arm 73 provided with a V block 75 is arranged in the tip of this lifter frame 61.
