To provide the lifting-lowering control method for a pool movable floor in which the depth of water on the movable floor, in which effective momentum in each section of the body is obtained, is set automatically at physiological optimum positions successively.
The lifting-lowering control method for the pool movable floor is constituted in such a manner that lifting and lowering in the vertical direction of the movable floor are controlled in a pool, the movable floor is stopped at the desired place of the depth of water and desired aqua exercise can be conducted. The movable floor is stopped for a required time near a section in the depth of water of 50 cm, near a section in one of 60 cm, near a section in one of 90 cm and near a section in one of 110 cm respectively, and the movable floor is driven and controlled so as to be automatically stopped successively near the section in one of 90 cm, near the section in one of 60 cm and near the section in one of 50 cm.
