To allow a removal of a light bulb being replaced and an attachment of a new light bulb to be sequentially performed in the same process, thereby considerably reducing time for a light bulb replacement work.
A light bulb replacing device includes: a first rotating shaft 71 and a second rotating shaft 72; a support member 6; a drive motor 43; a drive motor 42; and a drive motor 41. The first and second rotating shafts 71 and 72 respectively have, at their front ends, holding bodies 9A and 9B for holding a light bulb. The support member 6 is rotatable around a support shaft 33 while supporting the rotating shafts 71 and 72. The drive motor 43 drives to rotate the first and second rotating shafts 71 and 72 in opposite directions. The drive motor 42 drives to cause normal and reverse rotation of the support member 6 so that the first and second rotating shafts 71 and 72 are selectively positioned at a predetermined angle posture. The drive motor 41 drives to move the support member 6 up and down.
