SOLUTION: A sealed space is formed to protect a solar panel against the sunshine, winds, etc., and the inside of the sealed space and the reverse side of the solar panel are made specular to efficiently generate electric power without loss of light.EFFECT: The reverse side of a solar panel which is a dead space is formed into a mirror to effectively use light. Then electric power can be generated all day long, and it is easy to adjust the electric power. The solar panel need not be placed on a roof, and is also usable as a wall.
