PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-collecting sheet capable of collecting light of a wide wavelength range from a wide area and at a wide range of incident angle.SOLUTION: A light-intake sheet 51 includes: a translucent sheet 2 which has first and second principal planes 2p and 2q; and at least one optical coupling structure 3 which is disposed in the translucent sheet 2 way from the first principal plane 2p by a first distance d1 or more and from the second principal plane 2q by a second distance d2 or more. At least one optical coupling structure 3 includes a first light transmission layer, a second light transmission layer and a third light transmission layer positioned therebetween. The refractive index of the first and second light transmission layers is smaller than the refractive index of the translucent sheet 2; and the refractive index of the third light transmission layer is larger than the refractive index of the first and second light transmission layers. The third light transmission layer has a grating parallel to the first and second principal planes 2p and 2q of the translucent sheet 2. The directions of the grating of plural optical coupling structures 3 coincide with each other.
