Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy filter having a function of blocking observation by others.SOLUTION: A film stack comprises: a light control film 202 comprising a light input surface and a light output surface; and a color shifting film 204 comprising a multi-layer optical film. The light control film 202 has non-transmissive regions comprising carbon black. The color shifting film 204 comprises a multi-layer optical film comprising alternating layers of at least first and second layer types, and has at least one transmission band in the visible region of the spectrum with a maximum transmission of at least about 70%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
