Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize incident light without complicating a structure, thereby suppressing energy consumption and the emission amount of carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: A light control member 1 includes a first area 5 having at least one first optical characteristic part 7 which is arranged along a light incoming face and reflects light incoming to a light incoming face in a direction different from a light incoming direction, and a second area 6 having a second optical characteristic part 8 which is arranged along the light incoming face and has an optical characteristic, including at least one of reflection, absorption, and deflection of, and light emission due to the light incoming to the light incoming face, different from that of the first optical characteristic part.
