To provide a light control panel and optical imaging device, which offer superior imaging quality.SOLUTION: A light control panel 1 is provided, having a plurality of strip-like planar light reflector parts, each comprising light-transmissive resin layers and metal films that are alternately laminated in an in-plane direction.
