PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition containing a resin component consisting of a specific polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, polyethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate and polymerizable monomer and light sensitizer and capable of providing a cured film having excellent antistatic properties, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The aimed composition containing 100pts.wt. resin component consisting of (A) 20-80pts.wt. polyethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, (B) polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (excluding the above-mentioned component A) having ≥2 (meth)acryloyl groups and polyoxyalkylene chain in one molecule which is an urethane (meth)acrylate, preferably containing a polyoxyethylene chain and (C) 0-30pts.wt. polymerizable monomer such as n-vinylpyrrolidone and (D) 0.01-10pts.wt. light sensitizer.
