To provide a light-diffusible thermoplastic resin composition having an antistatic property, and to provide a light-diffusible plate which is obtained by molding the resin composition and has not only the antistatic property but also optical performances such as high light diffusibility and brightness and a high mechanical strength capable of resisting to the thinning of a light-diffusible plate.
This light-diffusible thermoplastic resin composition excellent in the antistatic property is characterized by comprising 100 pts.wt. of a resin component comprising 0.1 to 7 wt.% of polycaprolactone (A) and 93 to 99.9 wt.% of a transparent thermoplastic resin (B) except the polycaprolactone, 0.1 to 1.5 pts.wt. of silicone rubber particles (C) having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 10 m, having a skeleton comprising difunctional siloxane units and trifunctional siloxane units, and having alkyl groups on the surface, and 1.5 to 4.5 pts.wt. of a specific phosphonium organic sulfate (D). This light-diffusible plate comprises the light-diffusible thermoplastic resin composition.
