Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light duct structure which prevents crack generation of an inner side mirror surface part and an outer side base material by suppressing increase of a folding angle of folding processing of a flat mirror surface plate-like part, and simplifies and secures a fastening operation on a connected part after integration, in the light duct structure made by connecting and integrating a plurality of flat mirror surface plate-like parts.SOLUTION: With respect to edge side connected parts of flat mirror surface plate-like parts which are adjacent to each other, one side flat plate-like folding parts 3b, 4b, 5b enter into the other side bag-like folding parts 3c, 4c, 5c, and respective folding angles α1 and α2 of the flat plate-like folding part and the bag-like folding part are made to be in an equivalent state to each other. Further, such a fastening method that, after edge side parts to be connected are assembled, the bag-like folding parts 3c, 4c, 5c are pinched by a rugged die punch and are subjected to eyelet fastening operation is also disclosed.
