To provide a safe light emission reflection body having high visual confirmation property and having a reflection function and a light emission function.
The light emission reflection body emits light by a light emitting diode 5 by power supply having a reflection function and a light emission function, using the light emitting diode 5 as a light source, and having a solar battery 1 or the solar battery and a condensed means. The light emission reflection body is provided with a reflection body 2 in a front part of an exterior 3, a plurality of light emitting diodes 5 are arranged on a bottom face of the exterior 3 behind it, and reflection sheets 10, 11 are arranged on a rear surface side and both upper and lower faces of the exterior 3 to emit light by a face by diffusing light by a light diffusion plate, a light conducting plate, a light reflection plate, and a light reflection membrane so that the whole face of the reflection body 2 has a face light emission function. Even if recurrence reflection action is not obtained, light is emitted by light emission reflection body itself to provide the light emission reflection body capable of improving the visual confirmation property greatly because there is line of sight guide effect at all times.
