PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device achieving high illuminance, and to provide an illumination lamp and a lighting device.SOLUTION: A light emitting device includes: a first laser beam source 11 which emits a first laser beam; a second laser beam source 12 which emits a second laser beam having a wavelength different from that of the first laser beam; a multiplex part 31A which multiplexes the first laser beam emitted from the first laser beam source 11 and the second laser beam emitted from the second laser beam source 12; a first light guide part 30 into which the first laser beam and the second laser beam multiplexed by the multiplex part 31A enter, the first light guide part 30 which transmits the first laser beam and the second laser beam between a first surface 33a and a second surface 33B facing each other; and a reflection part 32 which is provided at the first surface 33A side and reflects the first laser beam and the second laser beam to the second surface 33B side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
