Title:
LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE FOR ROAD MARKER TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10309985
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To efficiently utilize the light generated by an emitter and improve the visual confirmability, compared with a general road marker tool by forming a marker cover part into a shape capable of being fitted to the circumference of the outside wall of the marker part of a road marker tool, and providing an emitter holding means and a reflecting member including a reflecting material.

A marker cover part 10 is formed of a material such as transparent vinyl chloride so that the color of a highly visually confirmable marker part 1 can be seen from the outside. The shape of the marker cover part 10 has the same taper as a maker part 1 so that it can be fitted to the circumference of the marker part 1 in closely fitted state. An emitter holding member 11 provided on the surface thereof has an emitter in the inner part, and a flashing circuit 12 and a connecting cord 13 to a power source. A reflecting material for reflecting the light emitted from the outside is applied to a surface side member. Thus, even in a state where the emitter is not lighted, the visual confirmability can be improved, compared with a general road marker tool.
