Abstract:
To provide a light emitting device capable of suppressing influence of heat due to a heat generation source while suppressing increase in cost.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 1 includes: a solid light emitting element emitting blue light as primary light; a wavelength conversion member 36 emitting second light containing wavelength conversion light obtained by converting the primary light to light having more long wavelength components than the primary light; a first light guide member 50 transmitting the secondary light the wavelength conversion member 36 emits; and a secondary light guide member 60 containing resin material and transmitting the secondary light transmitted by the first light guide member 50. The first light guide member 50 and the second light guide member 60 are connected via a connector 70 having an NA conversion member 73 optically connecting a transmission path of the first light guide member 50 and a transmission path of the second light guide member 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
