CONSTITUTION: Plural output current control circuits outputting the drain voltage of PchMOS transistors Tr10, 20 and 30 as output voltage are provided, when a prescribed voltage is supplied to the non-reverse terminal of an operand amplifier OA from a Vref terminal are provided. When different and plural voltages from the output current control circuits are supplied, a voltage selection means selects voltage corresponding to the light emitting quantity of the respective light emitting diodes LED1-n among the plural voltages. Selected voltage is supplied to driver transistors DRV1-n based on image data held by a holding means.
