The light emitting diode 4 is positioned on the rear side of the transparent area 14 and fixed on the back of the display board 1. In such a manner, an excellent pinpoint visibility enhancement effect can be obtained because the transparent area 14 radiating LED light is surrounded by a peripheral picture area 13 shielding or remarkably attenuating the LED light.
