To provide a light-emitting transparent conductive layer and an electron emitting element with the same.
The conductive layer includes transparent conductive oxides and dopants. The emitting element includes a front substrate; a first electrode mounted on a surface of the front substrate; a fluorescent layer mounted on a surface of the first electrode; a rear substrate disposed oppositely to the front substrate with a prescribed interval; a second electrode formed on the rear substrate to control electron emissions; and an electron emitting part electrically connected to the second electrode. The first electrode is an electron emitting element of the conductive layer and the emitting element is usable for an electron emission display device or a back-light unit, etc. Thereby, even residual electrons impossible to make the fluorescent layer emit light become possible to contribute to light-emitting, and then the emitting element improved in color purity, color-reproducing range, brightness and even color rendering property is obtained.
