Abstract:
To provide a light irradiation device capable of automatically and properly performing light irradiation after hair removal.
The light irradiation device includes: a hair remover 1; a light irradiator 3 for irradiating the skin with light; a detector 2 for detecting the hair on the skin surface on which the hair has been removed by the hair remover 1; and an irradiation controller 4 that, on the basis of the detection result of the hair by the detector 2, controls light irradiation to the skin by the light irradiator 3.
