Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a light pervious surface protecting laminated film high in light permeability, low in reflectivity, having high surface hardness and mechanical strength, excellent in water resistance and ultraviolet resistance and especially suitable for the surface protection of a solar cell or an electrophotographic photosensitive element.
CONSTITUTION: A first coating soln. containing at least two kinds of metal alkoxides containing magnesium alkoxide, alkoxysilane, a silane coupling agent and a catalyst and a second coating soln. containing metal alkoxide and a silane coupling agent are successively applied to a base material and cured to form a light pervious surface protecting laminated film. The first layer formed from the first coating soln. contains an inorg. substance much as compared with the second layer formed from the second coating soln.
