To provide a light receiver such as a thin light tag and a photoelectric cell capable of being treated as a sheet material for paper, synthetic resin, etc.
Plasmon antennas 2 are formed by printing metal such as silver to form bulls eye patterns on the surface of a film base 1 made of paper or synthetic resin. A semiconductor chip 3 stick to the rear surface of the film base 1 and the film base 1 has holes 9 made on the bull's-eye patterns at their centers facing the light receiving surfaces of the photo diodes of the semiconductor chip 3. The semiconductor chip 3 has various circuits connected to the photodiodes. The photodiodes convert the light they receive into electric energy to drive the circuits to write information in the memory circuit.
