Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve visibility at dawn, in the morning, at dusk and in the night (lighted with outdoor lamps), and in the rainy and foggy weather.
CONSTITUTION: In a light-reflecting apparatus made up by placing a layer 3 containing transparent beads 2 like glass beads that are supported with transparent resin adhesive agent 1 over a reflecting surface, a transparent resin layer 4 made of one of such materials as polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate or polystyrene under specific condition of restriction is placed on the layer 3 containing the transparent beads 2, and fluorescent coloring matters 5 are scattered therein. Thereby a transparent fluorescent layer 6 can be formed.
