Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate coating of a primer by forming a molding by integrally forming a resin film layer on a light reflective face and forming a metallic coat on the surface of the resin film layer.
CONSTITUTION: A resin film is formed into a shape by vacuum forming and preheated. Then, the resin film is brought into close contact with a bulging mold 2 corresponding to a light reflective face so as to make a form and cure. Thereafter, unnecessary peripheral edges are cut off, so that a resin film 1 having a shape faithful to a recessed face is molded. The resin film 1' is set to cover a bulging part 4 of a male mold 3a so as to be in close contact with it while a mold 3 is opened. After the resin film 1 is set, the mold 3 is sealed and a space formed between the male mold 3a and a female mold 3b is charged with a melted resin 6. After a resin composition is cooled, solidified, and released from the molds, a layer of the resin film 1' is formed uniformly and integrally on the recessed face of a base material. An aluminum is deposited on the recessed face so as to obtain a desired reflector for lamp.
