PURPOSE: To obtain a light shielding adhesive sheet having satisfactory light, shielding property of colored layers and satisfactory adhesiveness of an adhesive layer.

CONSTITUTION: This light shielding adhesive sheet consists of a light shielding sheet and a layer of an adhesive 4 formed on one side of the light shielding sheet. The light shielding sheet is a sheet obtd. by successively laminating a colored layer 2', an adhesive layer 3, a colored layer 2 and a transparent resin film 1 on a transparent resin film 1', the colored layers 2, 2' are made of a polymer contg. an oil-soluble dye or pigment which shields light of wavelength to which a photosensitive material is sensitive but can transmit other visible ray. The adhesive layer 3 is made of an aq. acrylic emulsion.
