Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent deviation in distance adjustment and optical axis adjustment between a lens and a light source at the time of fixing a holding body and a base plate and to facilitate the distance adjustment and the optical axis adjustment.
CONSTITUTION: A projecting contact part 42 formed by a pattern on the side of a semiconductor laser driving circuit base plate 32 is always brought into contact with the flange 34 of the holding body 30 holding a collimating lens barrel 28 supporting a collimating lens 14. The contact state of the holding body 30 and the base plate 32 is hardly influenced by the dispersion of component parts and made fixed. The pattern of the base plate 32 is formed of soft copper foil, and the contact part 42 is brought into contact with the flange 34 of the holding body 30 whose hardness is higher than that of the contact part 42, and the contact part 42 is prevented from biting the holding body 30. The contact state of the holding body 30 and the base plate 32 is made constant.
