Abstract:
To provide a light source unit capable of more suppressing unevenness of emission light resulting from a connection portion than before in a case where a plurality of light source units is connected, and capable of preventing foreign matter from entering a housing.SOLUTION: A light source unit comprises: a substrate having an LED mounting portion on which a plurality of LEDs for light irradiation is mounted, and a component mounting portion on which other components other than the LEDs are mounted; and a housing having a pair of side plates arranged on both sides of the substrate. The light source unit is configured to emit light emitted from the LEDs, from a light emission surface provided between the pair of side plates. On the side plate, a notch for exposing a side end surface of the LED mounting portion on the substrate is formed from the light emission surface side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
