Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate a phenomenon wherein reflected light returns to a semiconductor laser light source 1 as to the light wavelength conversion module where a fundamental wave as semiconductor laser is made incident on a light guide part and its secondary higher harmonics is projected as converted light. CONSTITUTION:A light incidence end surface 44 is placed slantingly to the projection light of a semiconductor laser. Consequently, the reflected light from the incidence end surface 44 slants and is not re-incident on the semiconductor laser light source 1, so a noise and output variation are eliminated and a superior SN ratio is obtained.
