PURPOSE: To manufacture such a device as capable of taking an extensive ray of sunlight through a light receiving body lightweightily and inexpensively by radiating a reflected light in a concave reflector to a secondary reflector, condensing this reflected light and radiating this condensed light to the light receiving body.

CONSTITUTION: A solar position is prechecked by a sensor 22, and a sense of a concave reflector 1 toward the sun is regulated by a rocking means 11 and a turning means 18. In addition, an incident light C or sunlight is radiated to this concave reflector 1, and it is reflected after hitting on each of cyclelike reflecting members in this concave reflector 1. This reflected light (b) is condensed so as to focus at the specified position on the other side of the concave reflector 1. Since this reflected light (b) is attached to an arm 13 and irradiated to a secondary reflector 2 installed at a front side of the focusing part, this reflected light (b) is reflected again and it is condensed so as to focus at the specified position, thereby turning to an incident light (e). Therefore this incident light (e) is radiated to a light receiving body 3 of an optical fiber or the like to be inserted into a mounting cylinder 17 installed in a supporting member, the focusing part.
