Abstract:
To make it easy to recognize a visual object including a character.SOLUTION: An illumination device previously stores a clear vision model in which at least part of relation between easiness of recognition of a visual object including a character and a size, brightness, and contrast of the character, being a visual object, is reflected; from an imaged picture of the visual object, recognizes at least brightness and contrast of the character, being the visual object; generates a projection picture from the imaged picture using the clear vision model, so as to make visual clearness of the visual object be within a desired range; and, by using a projector, projects the projection picture on the visual object to superpose the projection picture on the visual object and enhance at least contract of the visual object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
