PURPOSE: To provide a construction of which decorative effect in a vehicle room is improved at night but not conspicuous outward by day.

CONSTITUTION: A recessed part 6 is formed on a rear pillar trim 2 covering the pillar inner panel 5 of a rear pillar 4, a lamp unit 8 having a lamp main body 7 is provided on the center of this recessed part 6, and engaging holes 12 of clip 11 are formed on the circumference of the lamp unit 8. Meanwhile, a pillow 3 formed by covering a pad 13 with an outer skin 14 is provided with an acrylic core member 16, and a hole 17 is formed on the center part of the acrylic core member 16. The clips are fitted to the acrylic core member 16 through clip seats 21, locked in the engaging holes 12 of the rear pillar trim 2 to fit the pillow 3 to the rear pillar trim 2, and hence the lamp main body 7 is adjoined to the inner circumferential end 18a of the hole 17 of the acrylic core member 16.
