Abstract:
To provide a lighting device which is excellent on heat radiation efficiency.
The lighting device includes: a base plate provided with a plurality of light-emitting elements; a heat radiation body for radiating heat from the plurality of light-emitting elements; and a pad for intervening between the base plate and the heat radiation body and transmitting heat from the plurality of light-emitting elements to the heat radiation body and including silicon of 10-30 wt.%, a filler of 70-90 wt.%, and glass fibers of 2-7 wt.% at weight percent (wt.%).
